You will be appointed an experienced personal project manager who will become your expert guide every step of the way. During the purchasing process, your project manager helps you choose wisely from the options and available variations. Your guide will work closely with you to understand your specific requirements, and will remain ready to assist you with any after sales service issues.
The documentation required for taking delivery of a new yacht, to either keep in European waters or indeed sail away outside the EU has become increasingly more complex over the past few years and is set to become even more so. With a differing set of tax rates and variations of duty enforced across many countries, it can become a minefield of documents and will certainly put the new owner at risk if all these requirements are not met. To avoid this situation arising and provide assurances to all our clients, Passport Yachts Europe work very closely with Moore Stephens an International Chartered Acountants company who provide indiviual case documentation advice for each yacht that we build. This is based on the advanced information and personal requirements given by the new owner, who can then be assured of a smooth operation from beginning to final handover, safe in the knowledge that all the facts have been explained and the relevant paperwork has been taken care of, thereby ensuring the all important peace of mind for any new owner.

If a problem occurs, all a client has to do is contact us with a description. Each yacht we build has its own individual comprehensive file. Equipment details, with respective serial numbers, are recorded and maintained. In the event of breakage or failure, we trace the problem quickly to resolve and expedite a solution. By using only the very best materials and equipment available from all over the world, warranty issues are quite rare, but we all live in the real world and sometimes things 'do happen.' Because of this Passport Yachts operates a "No If's, No But's" policy on all warranty claims. An exemplary service that is recognised throughout the marine industry as the finest and most respected available.
